Keep the file and the context

Build the packet step by step.

  1. Name the job and record the source of your requirements. The starter checklist is an example, not an approved program template.
  2. Write each checkpoint and choose whether it requires a file.
  3. Attach JPEG, PNG or PDF originals. Attaching a file does not mark the work reviewed.
  4. Review the evidence yourself, choose a state and record any exceptions in the public note.
  5. Preview the index and inspect missing-file and review counts.
  6. Download the evidence ZIP, then save locally and download a restorable job backup.

Inspect attached photos

JPEG and PNG attachments show local previews. Choose Inspect photo, then actual pixel dimensions to look closely. Decode failures are explicit; originals remain downloadable. PDFs are download-only. A visible preview does not establish completeness or legibility.

What the ZIP contains

READ-ME.txt provides the readable index; manifest.json records checklist states, original names, byte counts, SHA-256 hashes and export time. The originals folder contains unchanged file bytes. Folder names are generated and filenames sanitized for portability. The manifest retains original filenames.

The index prints as text only; photos are separate original files. Export time is not capture time. Hashes describe file content, not authenticity, installation quality or recipient acceptance.

Print a selected-photo report

Open Photo report preview, choose report contents, then explicitly select originals and optional fields. Each new preparation clears optional notes and filenames. Preview opens a separate tab. Review the pages and use Print / Save as PDF. JPEG/PNG previews are scaled to a maximum 1800-pixel long edge; images above 40 megapixels are not rendered. PDFs are listed but not rendered. Original bytes stay unchanged. Keep the preview open while printing. This beta has been checked in Chrome; pagination and saving controls can differ by browser.

Reuse a checklist structure

Choose a generic starter or download your current structure. Structure files contain wording and file-required flags, not evidence, notes or review states. Import only selects a structure; Start from structure confirms replacement of the in-memory job. A structure is not a restorable job backup.

Saving and restoring

Save locally stores the active job and files in this browser. A stale tab cannot silently overwrite a newer saved version. A full JSON backup is restorable; an evidence ZIP is for sharing and cannot be imported as a job.

Starting a new job clears the in-memory workspace after confirmation. Download a backup first; the saved job is replaced only when you choose Save. Browser storage may be cleared or evicted, so maintain independent backups.

Limits and scope

Up to 30 checklist items and 60 files, with 20 MB of original bytes total. Restorable backups may be up to 30 MB because encoding adds size. This browser version does not promise offline loading or team sync. You must determine actual requirements and submission methods; no external compatibility or eligibility is established.
