Keep the structure. Start the evidence afresh.

A useful starting checklist for the next job.

Reuse wording without carrying last job’s photos or completed review states into a new one. These generic structures help organize evidence; adapt them to the actual job and recipient requirements.

Before and after work

  1. Before-work overview
  2. Existing condition or concern
  3. Work area after completion
  4. Detail of the completed change

Each checkpoint starts unchecked and requires a file unless you change that setting or mark it not applicable.

Equipment handover

  1. Equipment overview
  2. Equipment identification label
  3. Included accessories and documents
  4. Visible condition at handover

Each checkpoint starts unchecked and requires a file unless you change that setting or mark it not applicable.

Completion photo set

  1. Completed work overview
  2. Key detail or connection
  3. Identification or location context
  4. Remaining issue or exception

Each checkpoint starts unchecked and requires a file unless you change that setting or mark it not applicable.

What happens when you use a structure?

  1. The link selects it in the organizer. Your current job stays unchanged.
  2. Review the wording and requirement reference shown in the structure preview.
  3. Download a full job backup if you need to retain current work.
  4. Choose Start from structure and confirm. New item IDs, unchecked states and empty notes/files are created.
  5. Adapt the checklist, attach the new job’s originals and choose Save locally.

The existing saved job is replaced only when you save. Cancelling leaves in-memory work alone. A separate stale-tab check prevents silently overwriting a newer saved version.

Reuse your own checklist

After adapting a job, choose Download current checklist structure. The JSON contains its name, requirement reference, item wording and file-required flags. It excludes job/item notes, review states, item IDs and original files. Names or wording may still contain job-specific information, so review the structure before sharing it.

Import that structure later with the dedicated structure-file control (up to 64 KB and 30 items). Import selects and previews it; it does not replace your job. Custom imports stay in the current tab, so keep the downloaded file for later use.

Adapt the requirements

These examples are not official program, safety or regulatory checklists. They do not determine which photos are sufficient or establish approval. Record the actual requirement source in your job and leave uncertain items unchecked or needing attention.
