ProofFinish organizes files. It does not determine which photos a programme, client or contract requires. Use your actual requirements as the checklist source.

Subject and context

Does the photo belong to this job and checkpoint? A close-up may show an identifier but omit context. A wide shot may show context but leave an identifier unreadable. Decide what your requirements call for.

Read the details

Open Inspect photo and use actual pixel dimensions. Look for cropped labels, glare, blur and unreadable characters. The app does not run OCR or certify quality. A thumbnail loading is not evidence that the important text is readable.

Keep the original

Attached bytes are retained and exported unchanged. Previewing does not annotate, resize or strip metadata from the original. A screenshot of the preview is not a replacement for the attached file.

Make exceptions visible

Leave unresolved checkpoints Not checked or Needs attention. Attachments do not automatically mark them reviewed. Notes should explain uncertainty rather than implying approval.

Review before sharing

All job notes and originals are exported. Photos can contain embedded location metadata. Inspect the ZIP before sending it through your chosen channel. ProofFinish does not send it or establish recipient acceptance.
