Keep the latest version deliberately

Update a named job without filling another slot.

The private library holds up to five named job copies. Open one, work on its checklist and originals, then choose the exact copy you want to replace. Opening a copy does not synchronize it automatically.

Review the target

Each library card offers Review replacement with current job. The preview shows its existing label and the old/current job titles, checklist counts and original-file counts. Review the working job itself for the full content. The existing label stays the same.

Confirm the stored replacement

Confirm replacement writes all current checklist fields, private notes and original files into that chosen slot. Other copies remain unchanged. Replacing fewer files removes the earlier originals from that named copy. Download a full private library ZIP before replacing if you need to retain its previous contents.

Your working job is separate

Replacement saves the named library copy immediately. It does not save or change the separately stored current working job. Use Save locally for that. Use Keep a copy of current job when you want an additional named version instead.

Changes require another review

Editing or opening another working job clears the replacement preview. A library update in another tab blocks an outdated write; reload and review before trying again. Library backups include private notes and original files, and restoring a library replaces all its named copies.
