Return to the job
Keep the next job.
And the one before it.
The working job is where you edit. The named library keeps separate copies of jobs, review states, notes and original files. Keep up to five copies and 50 MB of original bytes in this browser.
Keep a named copy
Enter a label in the library panel and choose Keep a copy of current job. The copy is saved immediately with its originals. Editing the working job afterward does not update that saved copy. Archive another named copy when you want a new checkpoint.
Open without losing the saved working job
Open working copy asks before replacing the current in-memory job. The named copy remains unchanged. Choose Save locally separately to replace the saved working job. Canceling the prompt preserves your current edits.
Back up the whole library
The full private ZIP contains all named jobs, notes, review states, original names and file bytes. Restore verifies the complete inventory, CRC and SHA-256 checks before asking to replace the stored library. The current working job remains unchanged. A library ZIP is different from a single-job JSON backup or a selected customer report.
Local copies have limits
Five named copies, each using the existing 30-item, 60-file and 20 MB per-job limits; 50 MB total across the library. Copies are stored in this browser, with no cloud synchronization. Clearing site data removes working data, library copies and private recovery archives. Keep downloaded backups separately.
Review before sending
The full library is private and includes everything. Use the selected photo report for deliberate field and photo selection. Named copies and file hashes do not establish independent approval, capture time, regulatory compliance or recipient acceptance.
