Keep the comparison explicit

Checkpoints align by their existing identifiers, not by a guess based on matching titles. Added and removed items are shown separately. Changed wording prevents an equivalent status comparison. Matching identifiers do not verify the same job or equivalent requirements.

Check actual original bytes

Original files are checked against their stored SHA-256 checksums before comparison. For unchanged checkpoint wording, the report compares the collection of original bytes, retaining duplicate counts. Filename changes alone are not treated as changed content. Identical bytes do not prove when or where a photo was taken.

Choose whether notes leave the workspace

Job and checkpoint notes are excluded unless you opt in. Requirement references, filenames and checksums stay out of the report. Job names and titles remain visible and may contain personal details, so review the full text before downloading.

Compare first; replace separately

The comparison does not load, replace or save a job, change review marks, or assert recipient acceptance. Use the separate replacement review only when you intend to update a saved copy. Another browser tab may have changed stored data; this comparison uses the named library currently loaded here.
